This 3 BR/ 3.5 BA home sleeps up to 10 guests and is situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac street with only one other home. The setting- a picturesque one-acre lot that backs to a bubbling stream. Located within the Sapphire Valley Resort, fun and relaxation can be expected. After a long day of hiking and exploring, unwind on one of the two screened-in back decks and let the sights and sounds of the stream calm you. The cottage features open-concept living, a fully equipped kitchen, and three ensuite bedrooms. The lower level offers a large second family room- so the kids can have their own space.

Twice Upon a Stream features three ensuite bedrooms and sleeps up to10 guests.
Master (main level)- KING bed with luxurious sheets, micro-fleece blanket, decorative quilt, and premium down-alternative pillows.
Bedroom 2 (lower level)- KING bed with premium sheets, micro-fleece blanket, decorative quilt, and premium down-alternative pillows. Also features an additional twin-size daybed with trundle and private bathroom.
Bedroom 3 (Lower level)- Two Queen beds with premium sheets, micro-fleece blanket, decorative quilt, and premium down-alternative pillows. shared bathroom with the family room.
Family Room (Lower level)- Sectional sofa for overflow sleeping.

The dining room features a farmhouse table that seats eight people. The center island breakfast bar has three bar stools. Additional seating is available for outdoor dining on both upper and lower decks.

The cottage features three full bathrooms & one powder bathroom.
The Master bath has a deluxe vanity with two sinks, spa-like jetted tub, large walk-in shower, (main level)
On the lower level, you'll find two ensuite guest bathrooms- one with walk-in shower, one with tub-shower combo.
Towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper are provided

The cottage features a large screened upper deck with plenty of seating and dining space. The lower deck is also screened and is accessible from the family room and guest bedroom. Follow the meandering stone path down to the newly constructed stone patio with large fire pit- perfect for roasting marshmallows and relaxing to the sounds of the noisy stream.
Our guests enjoy access to all Sapphire Valley Association amenities for $2/person/day (extra charge for golf, Skiing, snow-tubing, and zip-line)- please see "Sapphire Amenities".
Pets
We are proud to be pet-friendly. Most dogs are okay with owners' permission (we request a non-refundable pet fee), however we reserve the right to restrict certain breeds.
NO CATS- the owner is allergic to cats.
We provide a large dog crate, dog bed, and food and water bowls for your convenience. All pets must be up to date on shots as well as flea and tick prevention.
Parking
The driveway is paved and gently sloping downward from the street. No steep driveways to navigate here! There is room for multiple vehicles to park.
Suitability
All primary renters must be at least 25 years of age. Children and families are welcome! We do not allow any parties or large gatherings.
